SHIPPING POLICY

At Audioratech, our mission is to provide you with a smooth and satisfying experience. We take extra steps to ensure timely and reliable deliveries. Please review the following shipping and return policy:

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • All orders placed on Audioratech will be delivered to a single shipping address provided at checkout. If you want to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

  • Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners. We may update or change the courier service based on convenience.

  • We currently only accept orders within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Delivery is completely free. There are no hidden charges. Please do not pay anything to the delivery rider beyond the item price listed.

  • Standard delivery takes about 5–6 working days in major cities and 7–8 working days in other areas. Delivery time may be extended during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen situations.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

  • For delivery delays or issues, please contact us at +92 00000000. Our team will assist you promptly.

  • We usually ship all items in a single order together. However, if some items are temporarily unavailable, they may be sent separately.

  • An invoice will be included with your order. If it’s missing, please call us at the number above.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from Audioratech.com.

  • When your order is shipped, you’ll get another email with your tracking ID. If you don’t receive tracking information, contact us at +92 0000000.

  • Online payments are secure and processed through your bank’s credit or debit card. You can also choose Cash on Delivery (COD) to pay the rider upon delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, report the issue with your order number and photos of the product within 24 hours by calling +92 0000000.

 

POLICY GUIDELINES

Audioratech wants to make the warranty process easy. To claim a warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • Warranty is only for the original buyer and cannot be transferred.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • The warranty covers repair or replacement only.

  • You can register your warranty online.

  • We may try to fix the issue over phone or email before moving forward.

  • You may need to send the product to us. You are responsible for safe delivery.

  • Shipping is free. No delivery charges apply.

  • Audioratech.com is not responsible for delays or damage in transit.

  • Replacements will be of the same or similar condition.

  • If there is a price difference, you must pay it before shipping.

  • We are not liable for any skin allergies or rashes caused by the product.

  • Replacements may take 15–20 days.

  • If the same variant is unavailable, we may provide a different color.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. A confirmation call is made after order placement, and shipping typically occurs within 4 hours. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To cancel an order, log in to your account, go to “Manage Your Order,” and cancel it. If you don’t have an account, please create one and follow the same process.

  • If the product has not yet shipped, your cancellation will be processed within two working days of your request. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

  • For online payments, refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days.

  • You can also call us at +92 21 00000 to request an order cancellation.

 

IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RESPOND

If the customer does not respond after delivery and the product is returned to us, we will hold the item for up to 2 months. If it remains unclaimed during this period, Audioratech.com reserves the right to:

  • Sell the product as scrap, or

  • Evaluate the product’s value, deduct any handling costs, and donate the balance to charity.

 


IF THE CUSTOMER SENDS A PRODUCT WITHOUT COMPLETE DETAILS

If a parcel is sent to us without proper identification (e.g. name, order number, or contact information), we will store it for up to 2 months. If unclaimed after this time, Audioratech.com may:

  • Sell the item as scrap, or

  • Estimate the value, deduct processing fees, and donate the remaining funds to charity.
